Cancellation Policy

• Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will incur full lesson costs.
• If you need to cancel a lesson, we can reschedule the lesson for another time within the term. If we cannot arrange rescheduling, unfortunately the lesson must be forfeited.
• Cancelled lessons cannot be carried over to the next term.

Rosewood reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to severe weather events (heavy rain, flooding, thunderstorms, extremely windy conditions, heat forecast to be 32 degrees or more), or illness of coach. ​.
